Can't join relam on minecraft

Hi Ryan, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Once you're done making the changes via https://account.xbox.com/settings and make sure that these settings are all set to "allow", please perform a powercycle on your console.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Also, make sure that you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate because it is required to play an online multiplayer game such as Minecraft.

im able to join servers. im not sure about realms becuase my friends dont have any

it says its because if how my microsoft account is set up but i dont knkw how to change the settings.

in my nintendo account it doesnt say anything about not being able to do something like this.
