    Can’t join partys


    I was recently suspended on Xbox and I submitted an appeal. My appeal was accepted and the suspension was moved to the expired suspensions tab. I currently have no active suspension yet every time I join log into my Xbox my suspension still appears and I cannot invite or join any party’s.

    Whenever I move my left stick in the home screen it moves extremely fast and goes all over the place, and moves to the bottom of the category that I am in.

    I can’t even invite/join my friends’ parties because I can’t get to the commands that let me do so.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    If the suspension is no longer active when you sign in to https://enforecement.xbox.com, kindly remove and re-add your account to refresh it.

    “ REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

    4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​
