    Cant Join Partys, Use private chats, or send messages


    Ok so me and my friend wanted to get a game to mess around on shortly after downloading and launching the game we realized we could no longer Join party's Private Chats, Or Send Messages we have tried deleting the game but to no luck if you could please
    help us i would appreciate it thanks,

    Every time i try to send a message it wont let me it says due to my past behavior i cant send messages when i did nothing wrong please fix it

    I have talked to a customer support agent and i cant reply or message anyone i can join parties and private chats ,but i cant send one. I cant even send any on Xbox.com

    Xbox App Not Letting Me Join Parties

    I don't think that Phone users are allowed to make/join parties that why Microsoft implemented party chat where iPhone user can send they friend a party chat so that their friend can join through the message. to be able to use party chat you need to have
    a chat group with all your friends in it and send a party chat.

    I may be wrong here, but is it because you are a Silver Member? To be able to play with a friend, or join there parties, you both are required to have a Gold Membership, otherwise, all you can do is send messages, or join Private Chats together.
