Can't Join Online Servers - Xbox Multiplayer Connectivity Blocked?

Hello,

I recently purchased myself a copy of Forza Horizon 3 for my Windows 10 PC. I have had this issue called "Teredo is unable to Qualify" which I can gone through Microsoft's support pages many times over and over again. After finding out that My NAT type is
open by checking through the Xbox app > Settings > Network, I have found that my only issue now is that the Xbox Multiplayer: Server connectivity is Blocked. I can fix this for about 15 seconds by doing this:

1. Run command Prompt as administrator

2. Type "netsh" and press enter

3. Type "int teredo" and press enter

4. Type "set state disabled" and press enter

5. Type "int ipv6" and press enter

6. Type "set teredo client" and press enter

This will provide a temporary 15 second fix to my issue but then it goes right back to square one and kicks me off Online, after I have been connected for about 3 seconds that is.

I have tried re-installing teredo drivers, opening ports for Xbox Live, Re-installing Windows and the game. Nothing has worked. The Closest I have gotten is the coding i posted above which fixes the issue for about 15 seconds before it goes back to where
I was in the first place, back to the same issue.

Every time i have contacted Microsoft they say we need to transfer you to our Xbox support and then after that all Xbox Support can tell me is to re-install the programs and call my service provider to make my network an IPv4 only network in which case it
already is. After telling them that they asked me to open these ports:

These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work:

• Port 88 (UDP)
• Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
• Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
• Port 80 (TCP)
• Port 500 (UDP)
• Port 3544 (UDP)
• Port 4500 (UDP)

I tried to allow these ports but only half of them would open and they made it so that my computer had no internet connectivity at all so I just had to disable all those ports again just so i could have an internet access on my laptop.

This issue only happens with Forza Horizon 3 and no other games on any other platforms. It seems to be an issue effecting the Xbox app and Forza Horizon 3 on my Windows 10 PC.

I Have paid $119 for this game to play online with a friend to only find out that I can;t connect and I have been trying almost all day for the past 5 days to try and fix this issue but no one seems to know a fix. I'm just about done with Microsoft at this
point and Xbox. if Anything, I just want a refund for my game if no solution is found or my issue can not be fixed, that's all i ask for.

Can't access GTA Online

I can't access GTA Online. Everytime I try to join GTA Online, I get the error message "Rockstar cloud servers are unavailable." I can access the multiplayer/online content of every other Xbox 360 game I own, just not this one. I would appreciate any help
on this issue.

 

COD: IW = servers down?

I am online already, but COD won't let me join multiplayer for some weird reason. Are the servers down or something?

 

SO When i use this:

When i use this I can now stay online for about 20-40 minutes, it varies a lot. I still want a fix because it is very annoying being in the middle of a race and you get disconnected because of this issue.
