    Better together update friend can’t join me

    My friend can’t join my Minecraft game but I can join his, we both have the same version and we are both using the better together update

    Problem connecting to friends games on certain wifi

    while at home I can play any game with my friend and no problem but once I go to my sisters we can’t play any games together. I’m not very experienced so I don’t know understand this problem. When on my sisters wifi, I try joining her (or she joining me) on
    Minecraft it gets stuck on ‘locating server’ then says I was disconnected and with farcry 4 it just says unable to join game. But my sisters wifi is better than mine so why can’t I join on hers but I can on mine. I’m very confused by all this so help would
    be appreciated

    Do you have Xbox live? If you don't you can't join an online game.
