Can’t join multiplayer in Age of Mythology Retold — only happens on my main Xbox account

I’m experiencing an issue in Age of Mythology: Retold on PC where I can host multiplayer games, but I can’t see or join any public lobbies — the game always says “No Games Found” on my main Xbox account.

I’ve tested everything:

Game and Gaming Services reinstalled

DNS and firewall cleared

Xbox identity and token cache wiped

Account privacy settings are fully open (multiplayer allowed, no family group)

The kicker is: when I log in with a different Xbox account on the same PC, everything works immediately. I see the full game list and can join public lobbies with no issues.

So this seems like a backend issue with my specific Xbox account, possibly a sync or multiplayer service flag problem that isn’t visible to users.

Can someone from Microsoft escalate this to the proper account support team? I’ve already exhausted all local troubleshooting.

Please confirm that your internet connection is stable. You can try changing the network environment, such as a mobile hotspot, to try again.

Turn off your antivirus software: Antivirus software may prevent the game from connecting to the multiplayer server, try turning off your antivirus software temporarily.

Temporarily disable antivirus protection in your security software to help determine the cause of the issue, but please be aware that your device may be vulnerable after disabling this feature. Please enable protection once the issue is resolved.

If the issue persists, we cannot rule out the possibility of an issue with the game servers, so we suggest that you contact the game's official customer service, who have access to the servers to look into the issue with your account.

For reference, I also tested the issue using a mobile hotspot, reset all Xbox-related services and identity caches, and verified that a newly created Microsoft account worked on the exact same PC.

It’s only age of mythology I receive this error message

From what i can see you need to download it from steam. However, i didnt buy it via stream, instead i have it in a disk.

When i press update inside the game, there is a message that i have the latest version.
