Can't join Minecraft realms

dabear64 has Minecraft Windows 10 and bought a realm (da bear clan) and who has Minecraft Java can not get into the realm. has been invited, yet I see no invitations to join. has tried the email link to the realm as well,
but still can't link together or join or play in da bear clan realm. Please advise so we can enjoy our new minecraft realm.

This seems awfully odd. I assume all of your friends are playing on Xbox One too, all have adult accounts and all have Xbox Live Gold.

May I recommend checking the privacy settings. More information on this can be found here. Although you may be an adult account, some privacy
settings still may restrict some actions.

I'm not sure if this is possible on your end, but testing multiplayer with another game may assist in finding if this is a specific issue with Minecraft or a wider issue.

Also, you could try removing your Microsoft account from your Xbox one, restart, then reinstall it. You won't lose any saved data and due to your internet connection you won't lose any achievements or other purchases.
