Can't Join MC Realms on Xbox One S

I've seen other posts of this question that are now archived. I've tried all their suggestions, no solution.

My account is definitely ADULT, I tried randomly changing things and was never prompted for a parent login. I also did this on both the Xbox and a PC (in browser)

My Xbox account (logged in on PC) shows I have a connection to the Realm I'm trying to play in, and shows the connected friends from it.

Settings in all places indicate ability to join multi-player games.

I have a purchased version of Minecraft for Xbox One. The game loads, cannot join Realms, I get message that my account is not set up for multi-player use.

I AM able to play CRSED-FOAD - which is multi-player, successfully.

Sign in with your account at Xbox.com, then click your profile icon in the top right of the page.

- From the dropdown click the three dots and then Xbox Settings.

-That will take you to a page that has your Privacy & Online Safety Settings, from there you can toggle everything to 'Allow'.

If you have already done that, I'll recommend you refresh the profile by signing out of the console and signing back in.

To sign out;

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

- Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

Afterwards turn off the console qnd unplug it from the power source. Wait 2 minutes and plug it back in, then sign back into the console; You can sign in using the prompt or follow these instructions;

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

- Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

May I know if you already tried reinstalling the game to see how it goes?

Also, is this the only thing you can't do on the game? Are you able to use other functionalities without no issues?

And, do you try using another wi-fi network to see if the issue persists?

If you're having trouble joining or creating Realms, go ahead and check out the online and privacy settings on your account and make sure its set to adult. However, if you have a child account ask your parent to change the privacy settings.
