Can't join game lobbies in GTAV, Titfanfall, COD, etc. (multiple xbox home)

Okay - so I am having SEVERAL issues with my lovely xbox one's. Mostly, I have these issues with GTAV and Titanfall.

1. When I try to join a lobby, one of the following happens:
   1. I am connected to a lobby with just myself. I try to join another lobby with people and have to repeat this process at least 4-5 times before I am lucky to get into a lobby with 4 or more people.
      
   2. I actually get into a lobby with 16-24 people in it and almost immediately upon joining I get to watch EVERYONE be kicked from the lobby, and once again..I am by myself.
      
   3. My boyfriends xbox doesn't have as much issues connecting to lobbies as I do. If I try to join his lobby, I either get a timed out, network error, or kick everyone from his session.
      

I've contacted Xbox Live, Rockstar, etc regarding this issue and they recommended changing our modem and router because the ones we had apparently didn't support two open NATS for two consoles on one connection. So we spent $100 on a
**** Surfboard Modem that was highly recommended in other forums. We also spent another $200 on a
Netgear Nighthawk 1900 Gaming Router with priority settings for the xbox one console.

My xbox is set as the priority xbox and I receive about 124 MBS, open nat, and no high packet loss. But the problem still continues.

We have had this issue for several months now and have not been able to fix it. I am almost certain that there is an issue with either my LIVE account, as my boyfriend can't see me online, ever, in his friends list. or the xbox one I got is a LEMON. Because
he can connect to FULL lobbies the first time without kicking people. Is not kicked from lobbies for network errors (well occasionally, but I am kicked from each game at least once.)

I have tried the following at xbox's suggestions:

1. Removed my xbox live profile from my xbox. Held the power button for 10 secs. Reloaded the profile. DID NOT HELP.
   
2. Removed my xbox live profile and reset console to factory setting removing everything. DID NOT HELP.
   
3. Changed my privacy setting on xboxlive.com to allow everything. DID NOT HELP.
   
4. I tried loading MY PROFILE on my boyfriends xbox - DID NOT HELP, still had the same connectivity issues. But once I switched back to his profile, I was able to get into a lobby no problem.
   
5. We changed the setting on our router to allow the two open NATS, port forwarding, designated IPS, blah blah blah. DID NOT HELP.
   
6. I disconnected his xbox entirely, including from the internet. DID NOT HELP.

So as you can see, I am at a loss - and beyond frustrated with xbox currently. We spent $1,000 for both of our xbox's and yet
THEY DONT WORK THE WAY IT WAS ADVERSTISED!!! Currently the only way I can use this xbox is either if I play offline in story mode or if I watch TV. I bought this to play online with friends, not to have a fancy new way of watching my cable
TV.

Oh and not to mention - we have also had issues with our awesome xbox mics that came with our consoles - including the xbox controller adapter we bought to use for our Turtle Beaches. We are lucky if we can get the mics to work - we have to unplug them at
least 5 times before it will start working. And then they stop working 45-hour later. And our adapter just doesn't work anymore and we bought that 3 months ago.

I had high hopes for the xbox one console, but I am regretting this purchase now. We didn't have ANY of these issues with our xbox 360's - we played TOGETHER in FULL GAME LOBBIES perfectly, every time. So either my xbox is a piece of crap and needs to be
replaced or my xbox live profile is *** beyond belief.

PLEASE HELP BEFORE I START A BONFIRE USING OUR XBOX ONE'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Xbox one minecraft multiplayer can't join game because not friends.

Friend can't join game b/c states we are not friends but we play other games together....checked NAT Type all open etc...all correct. Why can't he join? We have exited and restarted etc...multiple times...PLEASE HELP.

 

It's a glitch with ticket on both consols
