Can’t join friends world on Minecraft PE

Hi there James welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Both of you try this!

Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Settings.

Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Allow the console to restart when prompted.

I recommend to look at a Minecraft PE Club to join with Friends at the game to Play together

No problem.

I watched the video but this doesn’t really relate to the problem I am having. Thanks for the help though!!

Please ensure that your friend is doing that on their side.

Also, please ensure that you are both friends on xbox and that he invites you.
