    Can't join friend's Minecraft game


    I'm trying to play with my little brothers on Minecraft Bedrock Xbox One and I create a world on my phone for them to join through the Xbox One.

    When I go to the friends tab on the Xbox One it says the account isn't allowed to join multiplayer games. Apparently that even includes LAN ones.

    I restarted the Xbox, my modem, NAT Type is Open, Multiplayer games are allowed in privacy settings, it's an adult profile not kids, I've tried everything.

    Don't tell me I seriously need Xbox Live to join local LAN games on Minecraft, right?

    I'll recommend you refresh the profile by signing out of the console and signing back in.

    To sign out;

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    - Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    - Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

    Afterwards turn off the console qnd unplug it from the power source. Wait 2 minutes and plug it back in, then sign back into the console; You can sign in using the prompt or follow these instructions;

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide.Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

    - Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

    Sign in with your account at Xbox.com, then click your profile icon in the top right of the page.

    - From the dropdown click the three dots and then Xbox Settings.

    -That will take you to a page that has your Privacy & Online Safety Settings, from there you can toggle everything to 'Allow'.
