cant join fireteams in destiny

Hello,

i have a problem playing destiny on my xbox one.

whenever someone comes online or invites to partychat, to play or even if i go to the dashboard whilst playing anything (strikes, story, pvp, ect.) i fall back to the orbit. i can join fireteams for like 5 seconds and then get pushed out. this happens even
if i am not in fireteams just while playing alone when someone comes online i automatically go to orbit.

also i got this code once but i dont know if it has to do with this problem and there are no advices when i type it in on xbox.com/errorhelp

what i did til now is:

check internet connection (fine)

look for updates for destiny and xbox ( none )

play other games ( worked without interuptions )

pls help, i am the only one of my friends with that problem

Cant join fireteam

I play destiny xbox360. I cant make my fireteam status public. It requests me to have gold membership witch i have. Whats the problem. Anybody getting it to?

Never heard of this happening. Have you tried doing a hard reset on your console?

I'm not sure how you're playing Destiny as the game requires a Gold Membership.

However, when you have a Gold Membership to play multiplayer games you can press the Start button and then Left Trigger to scroll left. From there find his tag in the online list, press A then select Invite to Fireteam or Join Fireteam to join the same
game with him.

In your settings, you need to show online, not busy, or offline.
