    Can't join cubs


    Hi, have done everything for my son's child account to allow him to join clubs and keep getting the same message "To do this, change a setting. You can't accept club invite because f how your account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online
    safety settings on Xbox.com"

    Have contacted Microsoft thru chat and did everything they said an still no luck.

    Anyone have any ideas please.

    This a known issue that our engineers are actively working on to fix.

    We have been provided multiple sources of this same situation and will release a solution soon.

    Hey there, what we would recommend in this case is that you reach out to the
    chat/phone     teams so they can take a look into the account and its settings with you to make sure everything is set up correctly.
