    Can't join/create parties or launch any games


    So earlier today (probably about 2-3 hours ago), I started having this problem where i couldn't join my friends party. I thought maybe it was just a connection issue at first, but then I went to try and host my own party but that would not work either. I
    just figured that the Xbox one servers were having some difficulty. So, i just decided to play by myself while i waited for the party to work. However, I went to launch Gears of War 4 and it would not launch at all. I then tried Fifa 18, Fortnite, Call of
    Duty (which was the only disc game i had, the others were digital), and none of them launched. It would show the starting launch screen and then just be stuck there or be stuck on a black screen. Also, whenever i go to my games & apps, it shows the loading
    symbol and i cannot see any of my games and apps. I tried hard resetting, i tried unplugging everything for 30 minutes, i just dont know what else to try. Please help!

    I can't access my friends, play any MP, or create/join any parties. Several of my friends are having the same issue.

    do not launch any games/apps

    1 person starts party turns on party - do not send invite

    join party host by going to friends list, choose friend hosting party, join party

    turn on party chat

    1 person starts party and turns on party chat

    the rest join through friends join party option

    turn on party chat

    So true, why do I have to turn chat on if I join a party? If you join a party it is because you want to chat. And I haven't even been able to chat since launch day. I join or create a party, turn on chat but nothing happen., this is really ruining my launch
    experience and I don't know why, the 360 party system was perfect why did they have to change it.
