    Can't Join Co-Op game on Dying Light


    Whenever I try and join my friends game or invite him to mine it loads up fine, then right before I enter the game it will say can't connect to game, session ended, or some variation of that. Both my friend and I have our NATS open and when we select quick
    join, we can join random players games but we can't join each others. I know that many people were having a similar issue and I was wondering if there was a fix for it yet.

    Game Decision

    People say zombie games have been done to death, but racing games haven't? There have been racing games since ATARI lol.

    Back ot FH2 is amazing but so is Dying light I can't decide which is better. One thing for sure , in Dying Light in co-op it's great watching freinds do parkour.

    So..dead island - > dying light?

    Dying Light is 4 player co-op and also has a mode where a random player (not sure if its completely random or if friends can do it) can join your game as a special zombie that moves fast as fuck and the only way to kill it is with UV light. It's a similar mode to the hacking/invasions from Watch_Dogs, where a player can join your game and what not.

    I believe Dying Light 2 doesn't support cross gen Co-Op yet. We have a Series X and Xbox One X. My boys can't play together.

    Yes we are both past the point in the game where coop is enabled. We've never had issues with any other games (I'm confident the connection between us is great - I run a server that we play on sometimes as well). I managed to get into his game once, but
    it kicked me shortly and haven't been able to get it to work again since.

    Hey there ViBe x Wolf2079,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for info on why you could be having trouble.

    It could totally be due to a couple of things, like either a problem with your or your friend's connection or something up with that game's servers.

    I would definitely try the steps outlined in Xbox One Multiplayer Game Solution if you haven't done so already.

    When you get a chance, give that guide a try and let us know how that helped.
