Can't join any MCPE servers

Someone in the Minecraft Lifeboat City server /hacker me but I don't even know how hack, even if I did I wouldn't hack the server or any server because I know it is wrong. So now I can't get into the server. This did anger me a little
(not too much), so I just want to be unbanned from that server. Oh, just a little information about me, I play Minecraft Pocket Edition (MCPE), rarely Minecraft AppleTV Edition, but mostly MCPE.

Two things can be done to fix this problem. You can set up your phone as a mobilr hot spot and have your friends connect to your internet connection. This worked for me.or you can back up your game on a computer( its easy ask your provider).then you
can copy your game to your friends devise and play it by connecting to theirs . I hope this helps

have you tried to factory reset the router/modem to see if that fixes the issue if the problem still persist i recommend contacting the support team of majong or xbox support

1) I don't play with friends the issue is in any server (public ones for e.g LifeBoat, CubeCraft...etc)

2) My friend told me the problem was the xbox login. He told me to log out and try join a world and I was in perfectly (its also hard to join worlds too it gets stuck on loading sometimes)

3) Will this issue get fixed? And is this issue relevant to lots of people like does a lot of people experience this?

4) What is the problem here? My internet connection, it can't be because as i said i used to play in my android phone and it worked perfectly. Xbox, possibly. The game itself? I don't even know anymore.
