Can't join any Early Access forums and haven't recieved my download link for the ...

Hello there,

I talked to the supportchat twice and they told me, that I am a preview member. But I havent recieved the link for the program on my Xbox One, as I turned off all contacts from microsoft and third parties. Now I switched it on and havent recieved anything.

I would post this on the right forum, but I dont have any access to anything you mods linked other guys to, which had kind of the same problems.

Requesting access for preview forums

If you are in the preview program and need support from the preview program agents just Bing search preview program FAQ. A early access forums link will be in FAQ page as long as you are a part of.program. Otherwise you will have to be invited by another
preview program member to join, sorry can't provide link I'm on a cell phone

 

Xbox Preview Dashboard

I recieved a message thanking me for participating in the Xbox preview program on 19/11/2015.

But have still not received a link to the preview dashboard.

When trying to access the Early access forum "Group not found" is still displayed

Can you help?

A Xbox Support member should be able to validate your acceptance and then grant you access to the preview support forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx
). Once you have access, make a post there and the preview support team should be able to assist you from there. Thanks,

 

Hi, i cant click on your link there. It says Group not found, as always :/

 

Then you'll have to wait for an Xbox Support member to read this and grant you access to the forums first.

 

Please keep in mind they are limiting enrollment it could be awhile due to thr limited space and waiting list

Invite doesnt garentee you will be accepted

 

I am a preview member already. That's why I ask here for help. I can't join the forums and havent recievee the DL link as I turned it off. Now it's on and I am waitig for thr software and forum.

My profile says I am a preview member. That is what your support told me in the chat

The update waes for this month is done 2 weeks ago

You have to wait for next weekz update wave if your spot is in the next wave

You arent going to get the update any sooner
