Can't join a multi player game for over two months

Hi there can someone help me with this? I have spent so much time with so many people through xbox live to Xbox support, and they gave me this link. I have had my gamer tag for over 9 years and about 2-3 months ago I got avoid player/red. Since then I cannot
join any multi player game for the last two months, and since I can't join a multi player game then I can never come out of the avoid player/ red stage. Can someone help please?

What problems have you ran into so far?

I can't seem to join up with friends to play multi player together. Keeps saying "game session no longer exists"...

I gave up on CoD4 multi-player over 18 months ago for all the same reasons.

I received a generic response from the enforcement team who obviously never even read my post, what is wrong with this picture?? They have a broken rep system and then everyone when you phone Xbox can't help, they tell you that you have to post on here and
when you do, you get a generic response that tells you things about the rep system you all ready know. Like your avoided and in the red? Really I didn't know that , I pretty sure I stated that in the post you never read, I mean WTF is wrong with this picture?
Does everyone else on here get that same automated message about why your rep is avoided/ red with the links we alkready went to that do nothing? This is unacceptable and someon needs to answer to this poor customer service on this forum. I already know I'm
in the avoid me/ red that's why I posted here, and the reason states why I posted which nobody read, is that I can't join a multi player game for over two months period. Nothing in video games has ever enraged me like this god awful one sided rep system, this
has to be one of the dumbest things ever to be put on a console and is obviously causing the Xbox community to have all kinds of problems. This will be my final post if nobody cares to help me then anything I own Xbox I will take to game stop and switch my
xboxone elite I just bought as well as my other one terabyte console and about 20 games I haven't been able to play, does Xbox care if I do this? Probably not but my frustration with this people's has gotten me personally into the RED!
