Cant join a club

I need help!!! I have been trying to join this club on the xbox app (Win10)for Forza Horizon 4, but I keep getting the message "You can't do this because of how your account is set up. Go to your privacy and online safety settings on Xbox.com to change this."
I have all the necessary settings enabled yet it still won't allow me to join any clubs as this message continually pops up. I use a Windows 10 laptop. Please help me!

I've tried using my phone to join and my computer to join. This is the first club I've tried to join on this account, and on another account it'll join.

And it also says I am suspended for something, and I don't even have an XBOX I use PC, and there is no way i could be suspended from xbox if I hardly even play Forza

I cant join a club because of my privacy settings.

So i looked at my privacy settings and I cant find where i can change it.

So yeah now im ****.

I have all restrictions turned off. deleted and re added a profile,

Use to be able to use things that people created but now I cant.

Please help

 

THere are 2 sites you can visit.

First check http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if you really don't have a ban on your account.

Second is Sign in to your Microsoft account and see if the setting for joining clubs is enabled.

I made sure on account settings that i was able to join a club



But I don't see anywhere that says I've been banned?

Thanks for reaching out to us! So when trying to join a club it will say there is a problem with the privacy settings but then it started saying there was a suspension on the account?

The pictures showing the information was changed, is that the same account where it said there was a suspension? I know sometimes the wrong account could be signed in when checking the enforcement status on our
Enforcement Page.

Yes it is the same account, just a different way of trying to join.
