Can’t invite or be invited to game

All options are grayed out, including “invite everyone to game” option in party chat. Also any in-game options to invite players don’t work.

I tried shutting off console, unplugging everything, restarting the internet, and plugging everything back in but it did not work.

the only thing her could try is his notifications, because he is on pc, i can’t invite other friends and expect the invite to go through as they are on console while he is on pc, and i wouldn’t be able to invite him from another game since that’s the only one we share

Have you seen if they can join off the game itself?

Just wanted to check that you are trying to send game invites, while you are in the game itself, and not on the home screen or in an app.
