cant invite friends to play on my friends list

just purchased xbox 1s and if im honest the 360 is much more user friendly i cant even invite my friends to play games on this pile of crap gtting totally miffed with xbox over this .....my nat type is open so no issues there ..and no before you ask i dont
own the xbox 360 anymore (unfortunatly) I have had a snoot around over this issue and it appears its a common problem with the xbox 1 ...never had this isdue with my 360 ...i know you will ask me about routers and what not but if i had no issues before buying
this pile of crap then its not a router or isp providers fault is it

any advice will be welcomed though

Cant get or send invites

i cant send or get invites to and from my friends on black ops 2 on my xbox one ive played with one of my friends before i dont know how he invited me but when i try to play with some of my other friends they cant send a invite and i cant invite them

uh accept my request, cause cant invite crap if u are not on my friend list lol......

 

oh and now yhe screen has frozen for the 4th time today .....playstation 4 here i come ....sorry xbox having been a loyal fan for over a decade ..its time to move on ...this version of the xbox is like a B.rated movie ...total rubbish
