Can't install Xbox Insider Hub app

I'm only posting on here because I literally don't know what else to do lol.

Also I'm sorry if the category is wrong, there isn't a section for the Microsoft store and I don't really know what fits this.

I've tried resetting my Microsoft store app, making sure my laptop is updated to the latest version of Windows 10 (it is), restarting my computer, getting rid of the cache for the Microsoft store, checking my firewall has no exceptions (it doesn't), I've
tried troubleshooting, I've tried pretty much everything that I've come across as 'solutions', and nothing at all has worked. I just want to be able to enable ray tracing on Minecraft lmao and installing the Xbox Insider Hub app seems to be the only way of
doing this.

When I go onto the Microsoft store it says that I own the Xbox insider hub app, but that it's not installed. So I click install, and it says 'acquiring licence', then says 'error'. When I click on 'show details', it literally just says 'something unexpected
occurred'.

I tried to install the general Xbox app too, just in case I needed that for some reason and didn't realise it, but the exact same thing happened with the error and 'something unexpected happened', so I can't install that either. But I did buy and install
Minecraft from the Microsoft store earlier today (though apparently my PC wouldn't support the starter pack and I had to get just the base game instead for some reason), and I updated a few other apps earlier too without issue, so it doesn't seem to be an
issue with the entire Microsoft store? Just the Xbox apps somehow.

I've restarted my laptop several times now and the error details just say that I can try again later, but I've tried multiple times today and it's just the same thing every time, I don't know what else I can do about it.

The code it gave me when I clicked on to see the details is 0x80070005.
