can't install xbox game from my pc

****? I can't install from Xbox Game Pass PC either. I went to Ubisoft launcher to get it and English isn't one of the install languages. **** is going on

I'm having the same problem.

When I view the game on the Xbox web Store from a PC, it tells me it's purchased. When I look at the games on my account from a browser on my PC, it's there. But it's nowhere to be found on my Xbox. So I can't install it.

There are supposed to be 13 original Xbox games
that are now backwards compatible. I can only find 7 on the Store (on my Xbox). KOTOR is not one of them. It's
not listed on the Store on the Xbox and it's
not listed in "Ready to install".

I suspect it's not available for Australia.

Try to claim or start installation from site on PC or app on smartphone. For example, I can't get free xbox 360 games even though my card is connected to my profile, so I simply get them via site. Same with installation

Thanks, I have tried a few things - still no luck:

• I'm not using VPN
• On my gaming PC, the firewall is allowing xbox in/out
• On my gaming PC, I connected to another network, but still can't logon - no errors nor messages.
  
• On another win10 pc I have (not suitable for gaming), I installed xbox live and could successfully log on to my account.
• So, in short my account works (from another PC), but I can still not log on from my gaming PC. It worked fine until yesterday.
  

I've also reinstalled xbox on the gaming PC.

Is there a log somewhere for xbox on the PC?

Or any other ideas?

Install on devices option is there if you have more than one Xbox. You can't install on PC, Microsoft doesn't sell the PC version. The game is cross platform for multiplayer, but that does not mean if you own it on Xbox you also own it on PC. It's a separate
game.

I'm a console and PC player. I own Modern Warfare, but I own the PC version - better performance on my RTX 2080 equipped PC.

You won't lose any progress, you'll just start from the beginning.
