    Can't install Xbox App. Microsoft Store Installation and .exe Installation both don't work...


    I already tried these options:

    I updated to the latest Windows 10 Version

    I updated all my drivers

    I reseted the Miocrosoft Store Cache

    Turned my Firewall on and off

    and in the Xbox Networking I get the error "Teredo is unable to qualify"

    and the error "Server connectivity : blocked"

    I appreciate any help. I am paying for the Xbox Game Pass monthly and it is just annoying to not be able to play what I pay for.

    Hi there,

    you can't change or install any apps by downloading the .exe or installer file on the Xbox One console.

    Apps can only updated via My Games and Apps or installed via the Store on the console.

    I don't think there is a way to delete anything that was downloaded via a browser on the console, it might already be automatically deleted too, but there is no way to check that as far as I know.

    I can't install new games on XBOX Game Pass PC

    I managed to do a workaround which worked for me. I cancelled the installation via the microsoft store app and tried to install it with the app afterwards. Both games work now!

    This new window that appears as soon as you click on the Xbox app installer, can you share a picture of that?

    Also, may I know what happens if you try to install the Xbox app using the Microsoft store instead and not the exe launcher?

    Yes. Since it is Play Anywhere you can install it on both. You should be able to install it through your library in the Xbox app or Microsoft Store app
