    I recently got L4D1 and I saw that its backwards compatible so when I installed it its not showing on my Xbox one even though it says it should be installed on there

    ONCE AGAIN THEY TAKE YOUR PAYMENT AND NOTHING WORKS....

    Try to claim or start installation from site on PC or app on smartphone. For example, I can't get free xbox 360 games even though my card is connected to my profile, so I simply get them via site. Same with installation

    Just go to download profile on your 360 or One but I think there is an issue with Xbox live right now because when I tried downloading mine on the 360, I get an error message saying Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now even though the Xbox Live
    service status says everything is up and running.
