    when i try to install the xbox 360 games with gold ( free games ) i get this message that says can not download..Also I bought Just cause 3 for Xbox one ( disc not digital ) where I got a free code for Just cause 2 , and when redeemed this code on my xbox
    live , it didnt show on the ready to install Tab !! any help here

    Call support, choose the connection option. Do not use chat support.

    Always use the console and not the marketplace to redeem codes and/or claim GwG titles as the marketplace wants CC and other info b4 fulfilling requests.

    No. You can download the game and cancel the installation. Then you will have your game in ready to install always. The thing is that if you do not have xbox live gold, you cant play them, just like in playstation.

    There are offers with xbox live gold every week, discounts. Thats why they say that you make sure to check that out.

    And the Xbox One games that are free with gold can be downloaded during an entire month, while the xbox 360 only the half of a month.

    Trials still gives you gold access to games with gold

    Xbox 360 doesnt

    And you cant stack trials
