Can't install the minecraft launcher

Allow Minecraft launcher through the Firewall
Most frequently, Minecraft will be waiting on installation if it can't access the network. Add the Minecraft Launcher as an exception in the Windows Firewall settings to solve it.

Search for ''Minecraft Launcher'' in the Xbox app, install, log in with your Microsoft account on the launcher, select Minecraft For Windows and install.

I have completed the tasks but still unable to download Minecraft Launcher, however I am able to install minecraft installer after pressing the link but not minecraft launcher.

We understand that you were trying to install Minecraft Launcher however you encounter an error code: 0x80246013. Let us check on this together so you will get back to gaming.

This error code could be related to Microsoft Store, please make sure the PC is updated. You may also repair and reset Microsoft Store guide - Repair the Microsoft Store. Then, clear the store cache by typing “wsreset” in the Windows search bar. Run this as admin and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically. Lastly, restart device and turn off any antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall and PC Optimizer.

Finally, retry to install Minecraft Launcher and any apps (not games) to test if the error code still shows. If issue persist, please reply here.
