Can't install the Division Two

Hi, it is a known problem and the ubisoft devs are working on it to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Thanks for letting me know. I thought they had resolved the installation issues back when it was first released. I also contacted Microsoft, pointing out that maybe they should remove it from the store whilst there was issues with it.

I'm having the same exact problem. I did all of the know work-arounds, but still I fail to start the game.

Sure - it will install in offline mode, but the game doesn't let you play off-line so it forces you to install the latest patch, which is like 55GB and stops at 96.7% and refuses to go any further

Not sure who is the blame? Ubisoft? Microsoft?

the issue is with the game update ubisoft is trying to find the bug that prevents the game from installing the update so the best way is to contact ubisoft support and see if they have a work around for this issue

Update: Not sure what happened but I recently installed a game in my Xbox and now the app is able to push installs.

This is the reason why I am inclined to believe that the problem is not in our smartphones but in some problems on the Microsoft side.

Yesterday, for example, I tried with two games The Division and Pes2020. PES was installed and the download started after about 2 minutes from when I launched from the app. The download of The Division did not start at all while in the app was in the download
queue.

I can't understand why it sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't.
