Can't install Sea of Thieves

Just bought the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to play Sea of Thieves with my friends who are already playing it from the game pass, but turns out it's "NOT AVAILABLE" and there is no reason provided. Really disappointed. If anyone knows how to fix this please help me.

Yes, I can play both Microsoft and non-Microsoft games, but not in the sea of thieves. And maybe it will be important, sea of thieves is installed on Steam

Also the problem with the game not installing is only for sea of thieves but for other games they get installed but when I launch them it pops up with the error code 0x803f8001 while for sea of thieves it pops up when I try to install the game.
