You are just going to have to talk to your reseller about forza 7 is available om game pass fyi even disks are only 20 bucks nowdayd

Have you checked your disk for scrathes? Try cleaning your disc. Does your Xbox recognize other discs?

Hold your disc into the light, and check the disc for faults, like little "holes" in the finishing layer.

You clear your cache on the storage option in the settings menu on the dashboard not on the game.

It is possible it is just loading up any add-ons which takes a while. If you have any dlc, be sure to give it enough time.

It may also be your disc. Check it for scrathes. Also install it to have it run better (note if it fails, your disc is damaged)

Also note, Bethesda are notorious for freezing and gliches. You will just have to be careful, save often and keep multiple save files as a procation.

If it's the disc, you can't install it in Windows.
