can't install Sam & Max Save the World

Same problem for me. Previously purchased, but it doesn't show up. If I search for Sam and Max in the store, it shows up under the xbox one store. But it says "Bundle Only", with no bundles listed/available.

 

Spoke on chat to support again,

after trying several things I was advised to play it on my 360 for a few hours and see if this triggers it on the xbox1 (due to my game licence being very old - 2009),

while not exactly ideal I will give it a go and see if this fixes it and let you know on here...........

 

It seems like this is a known issue. I hope that MS will have this investigated immediately and update this content's game data for xb1 platform

If it turns out to be the "360 games I own" issue, I hope they fix it soon, and for good. Let's just say that Sam & Max: Save The World isn't the only game that's missing from my list. Specifically, anything I've bought before 2011. I smell a database issue.

 

Playing it doesn't seem to help,

I'm not entirely sure if Microsoft seem to be aware as I keep getting told it's just a problem with my account and it'll sort itself out at some point,

no one will accept that it may be a fault that needs looking into and not an account problem

and because no one will accept that fact, no one will pass it up the ladder as a fault......

Agreed...it doesn't show up even though I own the 360 version. I do a search for the game, and it comes up, but no option to install. It says "Bundle Only". When you click on that, it says the game cannot be found. I even went back to my 360, uninstalled
it, and RE-installed it hoping that would help.

Nope. This game just cannot be installed at this time.

I hope this gets fixed, because I love this series.

 

I have exactly the same issue. There is no option to install it even though I own the 360 Arcade version of Sam&Max Save the World. Interesting enough, if you search on Xbox.com for "Sam&Max Save the World", two versions show up. One under Xbox one results,
and the other under Xbox 360 results. The link under Xbox One has an Xbox 360 banner and goes to some game bundle and the link under Xbox 360 goes to the Arcade version.

 

Same here, Sam and Max has been purchased years ago and is not appearing on Xbox One. Very disappointing.

 

To all who want Sam and max

Search for it at games section via search bar

Once you find it select to go to Game Hub from there your only options will be Pin the Hub and when you click on it there will be a Option to Launch game (until it's gets fixed only way to play the game sorry)

 

There is no option to launch it, it states "bundle only"
