can't install Sam & Max Save the World

I may have found something interesting While I know I own Sam & Max, and it appears in billing/licensing, and on my (sister's) 360, Sam & Max: Save The World does NOT appear under "360 games I own" on my profile page online. I think it is a symptom of the
problem that's preventing us from installing it on our Xbox Ones.

Unable to install Sam & Max Save the World on xbox one

Been reporting this also in the preview forums.

Sam & Max is not registered on Microsofts end correctly or something. There is in fact 2 versions of Sam and Max ( Time & Space / Save The World ). Many have confirmed owning both, but neither showing up on the X1 to install.

This is broken on Microsofts end. Pretty sure. The cat & mouse surveys are really not helping with problems especially when people confirm them. That is problem distraction

 

Download the game from Xbox.com it should show up in the ready to install section after clicking the download from Xbox.com.

 

Triggering a download on Xbox.com (which only specifically states download to 360) did not work for me

 

As of 1/25/16, 8:46PM EST, Sam & Max Season 1 STILL does not show up on my ready to install section.

 

I'm also missing this game from my Xbox One.

I've checked and if I go to Sam&Max Save the World on the store it says I already purchased it, but if I go to my profile and look at My Games it isn't in the list.

Is this why I can't download it to my Xbox One?

it's not showing up in my purchased 360 games.

Had no response from xbox customer services about my query several days ago,

however the guy on chat was utterly useless so i'm not hopeful

 

I'm having the same issue. I can download Sam & Max Save the World on my 360, and it shows as already purchased on the Xbox.com store, but it is not listed under "My Games" on the website and won't show up in my Ready to Install list. Seems to be some
kind of licensing issue with this particular game. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Same problem as others. I own the game. Bought it when it first came out. On this account. Won't show up as ready to install on Xbox one.

 

Having the same issue myself. When I checked it on my 360 the controler icon was half greyed out like i only had the demo... I had to launch the game on the 360 then check game details before it changed to the correct icon. Wonder if thats anything tondo
with it.

I'm based in the UK by the way.

 

had a reply, "Investigating teams determined that you do not own this game, but you do own another Sam & Max game" even though I own both games
