Can't install or update games on Xbox One X

Since yesterday I'm unable to install updates or install new games. Basically downloads stay at 0.00% and then after some time switch to "download stopped". I have tried to hard reset, factory reset (keeping data), turning off instant-on, installing on other
storage devices, but nothing seems to work. There are currently no reported issues on Xbox live.

I also restarted my router and my Internet is working fine.

On a side note, I'm wondering what happened to xbox support. Haven't had the need to contact support for some time, but I was surprised now, that Xbox support doesn't seem to be actively engaging anymore with users on twitter and live chat with support also
doesn't seem to be available anymore. Always found both channels very useful.

Because I can't update games, there are quite a few games that I can't play right now and I would really appreciate any suggestions.

Have this exact same issue, if that's what it is. Multiple Xbox One X enhanced games installed (titanfall 2, wof 2, cod WWIII and slime rancher) but can't tell if I have the 4k updates. File sizes are the same as on standard Xbox One and I was never prompted
to install a big update upon launching any of the games for the first time on the X. Do I have the updates? I don't have a 4k tv but the X is supposed to force install 4k updates regardless if they are available, but from what I can tell it hasn't. It's pretty
frustrating not knowing if it's working properly, should be a simple way to tell if 4k updates are installed or not. Help?

Thanks for your reply. With the help of the Xbox support, I could narrow the problem down to my router. It was replaced last week and for some reason it didn't let through all of my xbox traffic. Not sure though what to do next. Might have to look at deactivating
Upnp and configure the port forwarding myself. Very annoying, particularly as the router's manufacturer and software is the same as my previous one. Everything works but updating and installing games. If anybody had any suggestions, I'd be very grateful. Possibly
i might be looking at s defective router.

Hi Moritz,

sorry to hear about your issue, I would do a "soft reset" hold down the power for a few seconds (you will hear the Xbox go completely silent) the boot it up again (you will know this done if you have the Green screen)

if possible run an ethernet cable from the rooter to the Xbox and it also could be an issue on the router end.

Soft Reset xbox one

Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up. then try download again usually this resolve the problem
