I can't install or update any games on xbox one tried restarting my xbox one and that has not fixed it at all.

ried contacting support but can't get them to phone and ask a gamer will not work

none there is no error it says installing for about a minute then it switches to queued

I'm experiencing this problem on Xbox one. The game I'm trying to install is "Fortnite" which is free to play. There is no error code or anything it just froze on 67.8% and keeps saying installation stopped. Also, I can't update any other game because it keeps saying that "we can't get the update at this moment". I also tried uninstalling the game then reinstalling it but I still have the same issue.

Same problem for me ... impossible to install any driver for this adapter which is specially for W10 !!!!

So my xbox one controller can't be connected to my PC (with W10 Pro installed and updated )
