    Dear Member,

    I bought a 2k21 Golf, and I have 128 gi free on 365 gig they said 67% used for games. My question why it stopped installing it. I work off line and online no matter ways I can't installed it.

    Please help me

    Im able to install games from the microsoft store, I install a free game

    Can you try installing a digital game let's see if that works?

    Can you unplug your external hard drive. Then do this

    - Go to Settings > System > Storage.

    - On the Manage storage devices screen, select: Clear local saved games.

    - Restart your console

    Afterwards try installing the game to the internal drive. Don't plug the external drive yet. If you don't have space on the internal, move some games to the external first before you begin.

    First I move my games from the int disk to the ext disk as you said. And i replug the ext hdisk. I start the games and it wont start either if I m online or offline
