Cant install my game

I moved to spain 2 years ago and brought my xbox 360 with me. Now i bougt call of duty 3 bundle and cant install it after my purchase.

I have changed my region to spain but still cant install it. What do i need to do?

Install problem

I have a strange problem with my Xbox one, i recently bougth a digital INDIE game, but after i bougth it i cant install it, Even my re-install games on harddisk i cant install however physical games works to install. Why cant i install digitally?

I newly visited dad and bringed my xbox, so i pulled out my external harddisk but that cant be the problem, rigth?

PLEASE HELP

Atleast i figured out my problem. Cant install any of my games. Sucks cause all my games are digital

Sorry to hear it. Not all titles are available for all regions. If you purchased the game prior to moving then it may be that the game cannot be installed from your current IP. If you purchased the game after you moved then perhaps the issue is with the
console itself and it is not compatible with your regions requirements (eg. PAL instead of NTSC)

I have tried all the above Steps still i cant install any games because Xbox app cant detect my hard drives while installing, the drives show up in the options to select!! the only games that can be installed are from other stores like UPlay

The is install packs giving me a headace 3rd time installing dont understand why still cant play my game

Please try the solutions below.

Solution 1: Make sure your windows are updated to the latest version, whether it's windows 10 or 11.

Solution 2: Make sure you have your account logged in to the Microsoft Store and also Xbox app, both must be the same.

Solution 3: Log out your Microsoft store account and also the Xbox app, now type the term WSRESET in the windows search bar and run the app as administrator, a window will open, wait for the window to close automatically and restart your computer, after that login your Microsoft Store account and Xbox app again.
