    Can't install Lego Star Wars TCS


    I bought Lego Star Wars TCS xbox 360 game to play on my xbox one as I had seen that it's on the back compatible list.

    On inserting the disc it immediately said installation stopped 0x87e0000d.

    I have tried going offline and hard resetting the console.

    It's not the update or anything as I've tried it offline and online it simply wo even start the install.

    Hey cheesecke13!

    Were you able to get that game up and running? I see that you recently played Lego Star Wars according your your profile on Xbox.com, but I wanted to clarify.

    If you're continuing to experience the issue, let's start off by
    Removing your Xbox Live profile    , and then sign back into your Xbox One console. Follow each of the steps on that link and let us know how it goes!
