    I redeemed a code for hozion 3 on Store but i cant install on my pc. When I open on Store it shows as if I didnt buy the game. On the Xbox I had no issues

    I've also attempted to buy a game on the Xbox Store and said there was a problem so it wouldnt download and shows as if I havent purchased it. I received an email showing that I was charged for the game too, but I cant play or install it.

    Hi!

    Make sure you are logged in with the same user used to redeem the code. Try logout of the Store and and login again. If it does not work, try resetting the Store using the "wsreset" command.

    Digital fallout 3 wont work

    i asked for a refund and got it approved in 2 hours. Even when i went to manage it from my library before i uninstalled it showed the game as 6.8 gb installed but when i went to store the manage option showed it as 0 gb installed and the other option was to buy it again. Dont know why it didnt let me play it before though. Really love this game

    there are multiple bundles of this game on the store so they come up to buy, search forza horizon 3 and it should list all and one should say install, if not check download history and it should be there.
