Can't install Gears 5 with UGP.

I tried install Gears 5 in my computer and can't install, the problem is always the same 0x00000001 error. I tried restart my computer, restart Xbox (Beta), exit of Xbox (Beta), uninstall and install again, etc... Always same error 0x00000001.

Makesure that your Windows 10 computer is up to date.
Also, you can try restarting your computer.

Error 0x00000001 is a general Windows Stop Error. Basically there is an issue with your OS. You may need to do a repair install.

This is a common issue in this app, what it is, is a beta app and it could be have mistakes.

if this is happening on a PC then be sure to check if your PC meets the requirements.

If this is happening on a Xbox One console then please try the following steps:

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

If that didn't help on the console then be sure to try and install the game via for example the Xbox Companion app via the PC.
