    I keep getting an error and cant install my game I have space on my inter and external hard drive and my external hard drive is working. I really would like some help when because I want to play my game that I bought

    Can't install any game

    I've tried to install the Resident Evil 7 Teaser:Beginning Hour but it stops at "Installing 3,54GB"

    Later, i've tried to download other game just to test it and it's the same as you can see:

    Can't install games [​IMG]

    I don't know what to do, tried wsreset.exe, but nothing happens..

    Can someone please help me fix it?

    Hi there,

    first please cancel everything that is in the queue and remove everything where the installation has stopped.

    secondly please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console



    After that try to install a game again.

    Sorry to hear it. It could be that there is an update interfering with the install. Can you try disconnecting the console from the internet for the duration of the install from disc?

    If you watch a lot of movies from disc, I suggest clearing that cache as well.

    Hello there!

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! I understand that this situation can be frustrating but I will be happy to assist you with the issue. Just to clarify, does this only happen to games installed on your External Hard drive or does this happen to games
    installed on your internal hard drive? If you have yet to try installing games on your Internal I would recommend trying to install the games on the Internal Hard drive to make sure that it's not your External having the issues.

    I would also suggest checking your
    Purchase history     to make sure that you have indeed purchased the games. If the games were purchased on the account you're using, then I would test your

    Network Connection    . Additionally, I would check out this support article for
    Game Installation Issues    .

    Have you tried clearing the system cache? Hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds. I have these problems at times, and this usually resolves.
