Can't Install Games with Game Pass

After having numerous issues with Game Pass and the Xbox Client on PC recently, I reset my OS and haven't had issues until this week when I updated the Xbox App. When playing Halo MCC, I found that it couldn't detect that any of the games were installed so I uninstalled the game and went to install it. This is what I see:

I have three drives in my computer that are all healthy and showing in Windows Explorer. I checked to make sure they were. I then went into settings within the Xbox app to see if they would show there. No luck:

My drives are not showing no matter what I do. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps three times now from the following links:

1.Open Windows Update and look for updates, update everything, including optional updates. Restart to apply updates and try again.

2.Press Windows Key + i and go to apps, search for ''gaming services'' click ''advanced options'' and then ''terminate, repair and reset. Try installing the game again.

3.Launch PowerShell as an administrator and enter

“get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”

4. Open Registry Editor

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SYSTEM -> CurrentControlSet -> Services

Remove the GamingServices and GamingServices.Net

5. Restart your PC, open PowerShell as admin again, and enter

“start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN”

6. The Microsoft Store will open and ask to install Gaming Services, install. Then try installing any game again.

Still no luck and I can't install any games. I feel like I'm constantly troubleshooting issues with this app on near constant basis - Halo MCC doesn't run stably and I've had to reinstall it at least four times. Outer Worlds deleted its own save files and I spent two hours with support trying to get it back to no avail because I can't even access the game's files on my computer due to wack permissions issues that Game Pass creates to prevent piracy.

Are there any additional troubleshooting steps I should try or should I cancel my subscription?

You would have to install the games on his console with your Game Pass Membership.

My wife can play my Game Pass Games on her console, but can't install them herself.

Thank you for replying Sam and I apologize for being frustrated - please know that I am directing all that frustration at Microsoft for their handling of this service and application.

I wiped the drive that Windows and my programs were installed on but not my other two. Downloading and installing games seems to be working when installing from the Windows Store but that doesn't mean this is an acceptable substitute or workaround. Incredibly frustrating though that the Windows Store doesn't support specifying where you want the app to install per application to this day.

This error has been around long enough that it's downright shameful and embarrassing that Microsoft hasn't fixed it when they own both the application, the store, and the OS it runs on.

When you reset your Windows was it through the system or did a clean install with a flash drive and format your drives? And the same happens when you try to install a game using the Microsoft Store app?
