    I’m trying to download games right now and it keeps saying the installation stopped. I’ve restarted my xbox, unplugged, restarted the internet... nothing works. Is there a problem with the xbox one x? Or is it just mine that’s messed up?

    Hi RIP Bore,

    Does this happen with any game you try to download? From Ready to Install or a Games with Gold? Can you download apps?

    Go into your Network settings and select Test multiplayer connection as well as Detailed network statistics. What are the results of the multiplayer test and statistics test?

    Let us know that information so we have a better idea on your network connection.
