Can't install games on Xbox app on Windows 11

I recently bought game pass and went to download a game through the xbox app. The intall was stuck at o% and pending. When I logged out, restarted, and logged back into the app, the xbox app told me that I needed to install gaming services even though gaming services was already installed and viewalbe in my installed apps settings. I tried reseting and repairing the xbox app and gaming services through the settings and nothing changed. I then unistalled game services and the xbox app to reinstall them. Now I can't install either app, they are just stuck as "pending" in the windows store. I tried logging in and out of the windows store, using wsreset, ensured my internet connection is working, check that all windows updates are installed, ran a SFC scan (fno errors found), tried installing gaming services through powershell, tried installing the xbox app through the the MS website link instead of through the store, ensuring that all needed services were running and set to automatic and so far nothing has allowed me to reinstall either the xbox app or gaming services.

Not sure what caused it, but after the 5th restart of my pc, the windows store downloaded the xbox app and gaming services app. However, it's now stuck on the original issue where game downloads are stuck at "downloding 0%" now matter what I try.

Hi Wille,

I routed my connection through my phone's hotspot and there was no change. I then ran command in admin and ran the prompts, restarted and still no change (all while staying on the phone hotspot). Issue persists. I did notice that when I ran the command prompts, some services were already not running and some commands seemed not to do anything, below is a screenshot of what i got in command prompt.

I also tried making another user profile on my PC as resommended and the issue was the same on the aother user.

Any recommendations for next steps?

The updated links worked. Thank you. I ended up doing a complete clean windows install from the ISO since all my files were already backed up. The clean install seems to have corrected the issue and I can now download games from the xbox app.

I was hoping not to have to a full reinstall but at least it's working again! I can't thank you enough for your support and responsiveness!! I truely appreciate the assitance with this issue!
