    Hello, Ive been trying to install games from the Xbox app and microsoft windows store whenever I try I get an error code " 0x00000001"

    I've done what the support website says which is to check for updates and there is none I also tried to use: Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

    just like the support website says but whenever i do that i get an error that goes like "PS C:\windows\system32> Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

    I cant tell fully has your screenshot doesnt include the full page but that looks like your trying too install the game from microsoft.com. You cant install games too PC from the website you need too use the xbox beta app.

    You can install the app from the microsoft store but you do need too be on windows 10 version 1903 in order too install

    We understand that you are trying to download your games and is unable to because of the error messages 0x00000001 and 0x80070002. Let us check on this together so you will get back to gaming.

    As per your description, you already followed the steps provided in here - Error 0x80073D26 or 0x00000001 occurs when you try to install, update, or launch a game on a Windows 10 device and you were prompted with an error for the gaming services. Sometimes, we need to go back to basics in doing troubleshooting. With that being said, please check the following suggested troubleshooting and if any case, you will encounter issues in the future, you may as well perform these (don't forget to backup first if needed).

    Suggested troubleshooting:

    Install updates for Windows and Xbox apps.

    Make sure you know your Xbox or Microsoft account password. Sign out and sign back in to Microsoft Store and Xbox apps.

    Restart PC.

    Turn off or disable all antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall and PC Optimizer.

    Repair/uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app/Microsoft Store.

    Re sign in and retry downloading the games.

    By the way, may we ask what specific games are you having issues downloading?
