    Can’t install games on my laptop


    I can’t install games on my new gaming laptop from the xbox app. I have gamepass ultimate, I logged into my xbox account, I tried to installed games from the xbox app that my laptop should be able to run, but it says error code 0x00000001. I tried restarting my laptop but still it just says error code 0x00000001. Please fix this. -Evan

    I have tried this method before. Sadly it didn’t work. Problem is, only Minecraft is affected. All other apps can be installed just fine.

    It shouldn't be an issue indeed.

    But, try to restore the windows on her laptop.

    Step 1: Click Update & security on the Settings page to continue.

    Step 2: Click Recovery and click Get Started on the right to continue.

    Step 3: Choose Keep my files to reset your PC.

    Step 4: Read the subsequent messages and click Reset.

    After the computer has restarted successfully, you have refreshed Windows 10.
