    can't install game that we purchased


    I added money to my son's account on his Xbox to purchase a game. He bought it and I approved the purchase. However, his account says,"check back in a little bit. We're having trouble getting your stuff right now.". It has been a few days, and it hasn't changed. We've tried everything we can. Now I'm just annoyed. Please fix it!

    Hello, I would also go ahead and try what FatalDarkprince suggested if that doesn't work for you check your My Games and Apps to see if the game is showing up. If so trying installing it from there and not from the Store. If that doesn't work check his account on your Xbox via Settings>Payment & Billing>Order History to confirm the game was purchased and perhaps call Technical Support to see if they can further assist you if you still weren't able to resolve the installation issue.     Hello there, first i would recommend is that if your son is part of the xbox insiders program to update console. You do this by going to settings > system > updates. However, if your son is not part of the insiders program then I would recommend completing a full shutdown by going to settings > general > power > full shutdown. Then turn it back on after 10 minutes. Try it a few times if the problem keeps lingering. Hope this helps!

    Well if you’ve tried the conventional troubleshooting steps then my best suggestion would be to check your account and purchase history and if it shows up that you’ve purchased the game speak with technical support to get your issue resolved. Hope this helps!
