Can’t Install Game Streaming Preview App

Are you game streaming if so are you part of the new xbox streaming preview app... the app is still making improvements I play on my phone using the preview app which was a privilege to be accepted by Microsoft... if you are streaming and playing then
trust me you see the difference when the app comes out

Have you been accepted onto the Xbox Console Streaming (Preview) program? This should be found in the Insider Content section of the Xbox Insider
Hub app. I have quoted the below from the Xbox Console Streaming (Preview) program FAQ found at the bottom of the page.

“To participate in the Console Streaming (Preview), download the “Insider Hub” app to your Xbox One console. Then, download the “Xbox Game Streaming (Preview)” app on your Android device. Follow the steps in the app on your mobile device to pair your
console and phone. Then, start playing the games you already own! Please note, the initial roll out to Insiders will be phased. For the most up to date details on which Insider rings have access to the Preview, please visit insider.xbox.com.”

If you have the Wireless Display (Preview) app installed on the Xbox one (installed when joining preview program) then you can project your w10 PC screen to it, I've used it to stream HD videos from my tablet, but have never tried it with
a BD, if they are home made then the protection that would normally prevent it from being streamed should not be in place.

If you've previously owned either the Xbox Preview Dashboard or the Xbox Insider Hub apps, just reinstall the Xbox Insider Hub from the
Ready to Install list in My games & apps. If you can’t find it there, look for it in the Store.

Streaming apps can disable streaming due to licensing restrictions (otherwise you could buy a movie, and let millions of people see the movie for free, whereas in game streaming, people watch your work as you play, not the copyrighted work of a film maker
which you can't make your own).

If you circumvent that and stream copyrighted movies, you are breaking copyright laws in most countries, and you might face legal charges, if the movie studio finds out you streamed their movie.

If it's a non-copyrighted movie, or a movie you made yourself and hold the rights to, you can still try to stream the movie by using capture hardware and your PC.

Simply connect your console to your PC's capture hardware, and stream through that.

Directly with the console itself it's not possible.
