Can't install Game Pass games with the xbox pc app

    Can't install Game Pass games with the xbox pc app


    I was able to use the app just a few weeks ago, but now I can't install any games. I get an error that says error code 0x00000001)

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I've updated my computer, I'm not sure what's going on, can anyone help me fix this? I'd email support but I can't seem to find out how?

    Second thing, game is not installed, only files left...files what I can't get into.

    Can't launch any Game Pass game.

    XBox app on PC is behaving poorly (no list of installed games, searching for games not working)

    Store app claims I need to join Game Pass, but Microsoft Support says I still have 6 weeks of Game Pass Ultimate.

    Previously, the game I want to play (Slay the Spire) would only launch from XBox(Beta) app.

    But now the XBox app is broken, I can't search for the game. It appears to serve no other purpose at the moment then displaying the games that are available on game pass.

    You need to install the Game Pass for PC app to install games from Game Pass on your PC.
