    Can't install game on the Xbox app on PC


    Hello,

    I tried installing a game on my laptop through the xbox app but due to system updates my laptop kept resetting. The game install had just kept pausing and continuing through this until it then cancelled. I am trying to install the game now there is no more restarts happening however the game won't start the install process. It goes to preparing to install and sits at 0% before going to error 0x00000001 and I have tried going through the suggested steps for install issues however none have worked and the game isn't installed already so I can't uninstall it.

    Please could anyone let me know what to do to fix this.

    Second thing, game is not installed, only files left...files what I can't get into.
