Cant install game I just bought from microsoft store

I know that Microsoft cant refund if i bought it from a retailer.

I bouht the game twice.

1 time in the Microsoft Store. They got my money but i never got the game.

2 time i bought it in a retailer store.

Now i want my money back from Microsoft for the game i bought in there store.

Microsoft removed the game i bought in the retailer store......

The Support cant help me. I tried it 3 times but they dont understand that..... -.-

I paid 140€ and got nothing now -.-

sorry i just double checked and i cant install nothing from the microsoft store

that's even more frustrating because 90% of the games i own aren't pc games i guess. waste of money. thanks a lot microsoft!

From the image, I can see the one of the games you're trying to install is The Witcher. The Witcher is not available in the Microsoft Store for PC so that is the console version of the game which is why it's looking for a console to install it on. You'll want to check that the other games you're trying to install are for the PC and not the console.

I am trying to install it from the Microsoft store not a disc. and i know i have a good enough connection to play games and stream movies and show but i cant download from the Microsoft store
